A: Thank you for asking! Unfortunately, this product will only protect down to 32 degrees F and up to 125 degrees F and not able to recommend for freezing temperatures. A: I wouldn't use it like that. These work better on smooth dry surfaces. You'd be better off finding an adhesive that specifically adhere's to brick or masonry. There should be something in the caulking section of your local store. Use the hook of your choice that is also compatible with that adhesive.
A: It might work but it would most likely depend on whether the brick is smooth or textured and if the surface has been properly cleaned and is dry. Also I think each Fastener has a 10 lb limit not taking into consideration windload forces.
A: I would not think so, the brick surface is not very even.
A: While this tape can support up to 10 lbs, we have not tested for use on supporting window boxes to vinyl siding. Vinyl is a difficult to stick to surface as it off gasses.
