A: According to mfg labeling, Scott’s outdoor waterproofing spray can be used on gear and clothing.
A: I just did that myself on a big white bear. It did not change the appearance at all but you may want to try it on small area first (like his bottom, ha). You may not want to let a child play with it after. I have my bear on a bench in a somewhat protected space but I bring it in when rain is predicted.
