IQ Pet Robot Vacuum Cleaner with Home Mapping, Self-Empty XL Base, and Wi-Fi Connected

I will refer to my IQ Robot by name. When Darwin arrived six weeks ago I was shocked by the size and condition of the outer shipping box. The shipping box looked as if it fell off of the truck going 80mph down an interstate, so of course I was worried about damage to the contents (photos). Darwin was securely factory packed in his own box within the battered one. No shaken robot syndrome. The Shark Clean app was a simple download and easy to understand. Darwin connected to wi-fi fairly easy. It only took two tries and I have had no issues since the initial setup-even having moved his dock three times before settling on his permanent location. With each move, Darwin mapped his territory beautifully (within two runs) and at last I was able to finally save a map, create rooms and fully utilize the features in the app. Darwin's performance has actually exceeded my expectations. I have tile throughout my home, 3054sq., with room appropriate sized area rugs and runners. I also have an English Lab. that blows his coat twice a year for six months. Seriously, constant shedding. Darwin's performance on our tiled flooring is perfect, but does very well at vacuuming and maintaining the rugs too. Will the Shark IQ completely replace vacuuming in our home environment? No, but I can honestly say I will only have to vacuum my area rugs about once a month. I am loving spending less time cleaning, and I adore the self cleaning brush roller. I have long hair, and not once have I had to cut hair out of the roller. I love Darwin so much that I am going to purchase a second for the front half of our home. It's large one story, but we have it gated, partitioned, so our ever shedding Lab can't install his wall-to-wall shag carpet and our super senior Yorkie can't get sick on one of the wool rugs. I am extremely satisfied and highly recommend this product. My opinion: another homerun for Shark. I also own their Lift Away XL Upright and Steam Mop.

I’ve got nothing but pros for this vacuum bot. We have vinyl plank throughout the house with a few area rugs, one with long strand fibers (see photo), and the bot works like a dream. We are pretty amazed by how much it picks up and one of the best parts is I’m not forced to spend money on those overpriced vacuum bags like a Roomba uses. I 100% recommend this product and look forward to seeing what Shark will continue to come out with.

I bought “Goober” for my husband’s 78th birthday. Since he does all the vacuuming (I’m handicapped) I thought it would make his load easier. What I didn’t think about was the entertainment it would provide! We love watching him do his job and must demonstrate for all the grandchildren. This is a great product and we recommend it to everyone just as it was recommended to me by my sister!

I bought this Robot vacuum a month ago. I truly love how well it cleans up dog hair (we have a super shedder Bernese Mountain Dog). We do have to clean out the bin every other day. The vacuum is quiet! The app is amazing. We do have problems with the vacuum going under furniture even with than guards. My biggest disappointment is I already have to order more side brushes. The brush on one side is down to 2 whiskers. NOT COOL for just a month old. Other than that complaint I am so happy with "Bob" our Robot Vacuum. Great suction power.

Received my Shark IQ Robot Vauum about a month ago.The entire family is very happy we made this purchase. It helps free up cleaning time to use for play time w/the little ones and our dogs. We have a schedule that actually works for the whole day for the various hours of family activities. A much loved product in our home, and we are not easy to please. We bought ours after, we purchased one for my son and daughter in-law for a house warming gift for their new home, because their youngest child was beginning to crawl. We had to have one too! 2 sales in 2 families. It's funny, it's like it has an attitude, it moves the dogs out of the way, moves the office trash can, out of the way, even the dog bowl stand with the dog bowls in it, climbs over furniture, under furniture. I’ve used the shark at least every other day. We have 3 dogs & all hardwood floors with a few low pile area rugs. The shark dumps globs of hair on the area rugs so I started picking them all up prior to using it. It stops often telling me there’s debris or something stuck underneath it, it’s dog hair that’s collected on the brushes & wheels. I have never been able to program it to auto clean because it won’t connect, plus I have to pick up the area rugs anyway. I kept it because overall it does save me the time of actually sweeping the house. It’s just not as advanced or user friendly as advertised.

Does a good job just not great. Misses some spots and with two shedding adult Akitas sometimes it misses some of their hair.

I bought my shark a few weeks ago..it is amazing! I thought our carpets were clean before, but the Shark showed us different! Love it!

I am an amputee and use my wheelchair at home. We are a busy family with a dog. I was sweeping and vacuuming with my 5000 pound Kirby vac. This was an exhausting undertaking. My family gave me the Shark IQ. My world has changed. I just schedule it and it gets under everything like heavy bedroom furniture with low clearances. My little guy figured out all out. I love that I can set it to do a certain room. Worth every penny.
