This Shatex Magnetic Screen door worked just as I'd hoped it would. The product comes with everything you need to do the install, the a little bit of extra velcro if you happen to need it. The screen door has a pleasant looking accent along the top, and the magnets keep the door closed and keeps the bugs out. The magnets have plenty of strength to bring the door closed when you go through it with no assistance. One thing I will note that if you take it down, the velcro does have have a tendency to remove some of your paint along with it.

Wasn't exactly sure how this is going to work out but I'm glad that we bought it cuz it worked out perfect easy to put up not a problem

Shatex Magnetic Screen Door The mesh itself is made of a thick material. The magnets are very strong and won't separate easily, when you pull them apart they will snap back quickly and close. There are 2 rows of magnets down the center that go from the top to the bottom. There is a row along the bottom that weighs it down and if the frame is metal it will attach to it. My door is metal and it snaps right to it when the door is closed! Durable Velcro strips attach to the door frame and the mesh has the other side that sticks to that. It's a very good screen door and will keep the bugs from flying in!

This design is much more practical than the grey screen I got last year. The old screen had the opening on the side instead of the middle. It worked great, but getting my equipment in and out was tough. During the nicer months, I spend a lot of time in my yard, and I'm constantly in and out of my shed. For some reason, the shed seems to attract hundreds of flies. I decided to get my grey screen to help combat the fly problem, but as I mentioned, it was tough getting bigger items like my lawn mower and generator in and out. This screen opens from the middle and gives me a much bigger and wider opening. It came with tacts and velcro, giving you different hanging options. It also came with velcro tie backs if you decide you want to keep the screen open. Personally, I just used small nails to hang it because im not really worried about how it looks. I'm more worried about its sturdiness and effectiveness. The magnets work great jist like on my previous screen. I've seen screens like this where a few magnets have a problem connecting. This screen fully closes and closes quickly as soon as I pass through it. It doesn't leave any time for those pesky flies to sneak in. The screen itself feels like a thick, well-made plastic material. The top of this screen has a little lace curtain type of thing. The soft side of the velcro is sewn into the screen. I like that the screen seems to block some heat from the sun but still lets light in. I'm thinking about getting a couple more for the doors on my house. I definitely want at least one more for my back door. Then I can just leave the door open so my dog can go in or out as he pleases. If you need a screen cover for your door, this one is great. If you are going to be moving anything big in and out, definitely get one that opens and closes from the middle.

We use these on our front and back doors at our home. They allow the air to circulate without the need to buy and install an expensive screen door. We use evaporative cooling and it helps when you can leave a door open for venting. Our dogs like the easy of going in and out. The magnets bring the center of the screen back together. These are easy to install. The Velcro sticks right onto the door frame. Just and FYI, you should clean the door frame before installing the Velcro strip.

The seams have two stitched rows holding one half of the Velcro to the outside of the screen. There are plenty of magnets to hold the center of the screen together so there will be no opening for insects to come through. There are no instruction on how to install it, but it's not hard to figure out. There is a fancy valance at the top that should away from where you are attaching it to the frame. They give you some brass tacks to mount it with and/or Velcro that will go around the screen completely to make a good seal. Can be put on the inside or outside of a doorway. The magnets are strong, but come apart easily enough to open it to walk through and strong enough to reattach to each other. Very nice product.

This is a great product for bringing the outdoors inside without bringing the outdoors inside. If you have a doorway that you want to keep open but you don't want the bugs to get in or your animals to get out, then this is the product for you. I use it in my shop so that I can keep the doors open for a nice breeze but it avoids letting all the bees and bugs in. Plus I have my dog with me very often and I don't want her running away. It's easy to put up. There is velcro provided. Make sure you get the correct size for your door. I screwed up and got the 34 inch for my 36-in door.
