What is the wear rating on this product. I have others with an AC-5 or AC-4
This product has a 12 mil wear layer. It is water-resistant and features an Armourbead finish for enhanced protection against stains and daily foot traffic. It's suitable for residential and commercial use.
Can this product be applied over existing tile?
While this vinyl plank flooring can be installed over concrete and wooden subfloors, it's **not recommended** to install it directly over existing tile. The grout lines and uneven surface of the tile can telegraph through the vinyl over time, causing an uneven and potentially damaged floor. For best results, it's recommended to remove the existing tile before installing this product. You can refer to the installation guide available on the product page for more detailed instructions.
