A:  Hi Joanparry, We don't have enough information from your question to answer whether or not these will keep your wooden rock safe to use. These pads are designed to grip hardwood, laminate, and tile floors. They great for preventing furniture from sliding. If you are wanting to keep your wooden rock from sliding, then these should do the trick.

A:  AJ, thank you for your question. These Anti-Skid pads do not have a fabric reinforcement layer. The glue is applied directly to the back side of the pad.

A:  No its the pad and glue on the other side to stick to whatever you use it on they do not last long i used it on my couches and the pads rolled. I bought something different.

A:  NO, it is a all rubber pad.

A:  I don't see why not. Just cut it to size.

A:  I suspect it is possible, but the material is not nearly thick or robust enough to withstand use on bottom of cane - I should know, I am an occasional cane user.

A:  I believe they would work well for a cane as long as the bottom is flat and not rounded.
