Is it waterproof?

Sigman 20 ft. x 30 ft. Blue Tarp is waterproof. However, a tarp can NOT be used as a water container, such as a pond liner or rain water container to hold water. Any water must be able to run off, which means a tarp must be installed with a pitch angle.
