Q:For a 12 feet by 12 feet 2x4 framed shed. I am building the trusses also with 2x4 material, what do you recommend for fasteners with these strong ties

A: The TP35 holes are sized for 0.131" x 2 1/2" nails or 0.131" x 1 1/2" nails. Please note these plates are not load rated and it would be up to the Designer/Engineer of Record to determine the suitability of the connector for the specific application. Thank you!
