Step One 6-Drawer Pure White Chest

I received this unit in a box that measures 57"Lx17"Wx7"D. It was well packed but some pieces were damaged, including one piece that had a "verified by" sticker on it. The damages were minor and decided to assemble without contacting customer service, however the manual says to contact them if anything is missing or defective so I'm sure you'll be taken care of if that happens. I wanted it assembled right away, so I didn't care too much especially because it came with a touch up paint pen which covered it pretty well. It was pretty simple to install, the directions were clear and I like that it came with a little "spare parts" bag in case some screws, etc were missing you receive a few extra. The color is a shiny black which goes well with my décor. The drawers open and close nicely.

If you need space in your room,improve your clothing organization then buy this item.It is a good value for the money.

I bought this for my closet. Having an old house, the closets are long and skinny. I was able to slide this dresser back into the closet and it gave me enough room to maneuver around and still utilize all my hanging space. It was crazy heavy and I had to take it upstairs in pieces which was a bit of a pain, but fairly typical with these type pieces. As for putting it together - well, I have to say it was a tad daunting when I saw all the parts. I put it together myself, like a woman, reading and following each direction step by step. (this of course, saved me the usual three additional hours of putting things in and then taking them out all while grumbling about how stupid the designer of any 'assembly-required' product is a.aka. "the male assembly process" which is typical around here) It wasn't difficult as much as time-consuming and tedious. If I managed to do it myself, I suppose most others can, too. I had one of those do-it-yourself tool kits and it was all I needed. The right sized screwdrivers were the keys to assembly. Once I got that down, screws went in as they should fairly easily. There were only a couple directions that were unclear to me as far as putting pins in slots, but I was quickly able to figure out what went where when it came to piecing the parts together. Two of the drawer fronts came chipped and I called and the parts were quickly replaced with no fuss. All in all, a good sturdy piece with fairly smooth pull out drawers. It looks nice and met my space needs.

I so regret buying this. After I read the comments even though they weren’t so good I decided to purchase it anyways since it’s for my babies clothes. I opened it several times and it keeps falling apart. It’s a shame to sell such product especially for that price. Don’t waste your money. I thought it will last since it’s small amount of clothes . My baby isn’t here yet and it’s alreay falling apart. I literally only opened it 2-3 times . Now I have to find a way to super glue it to stay together.

I found this easy to assemble. There are a lot of parts, so it took a while to finish. It has the twist lock connectors and dowels that make it easy to put together. First I checked that I had all of the listed pieces and connectors. I put together the base first. Then I started putting the drawers together. As I put each one into the cabinet base I could see my progress. The drawers have glides attached to the sides to make them roll out smoothly. They also give you bumpers to cushion the drawer closing. It is a beautiful black cabinet with brushed nickel handles. Inside the drawers there is a vinyl overlay that makes them easy to clean. This doesn't just need to be used only in the bedroom. I am using this one piece in my office as a storage for folders and papers that I need to keep organized. It has a clean modern look. It's nice quality. Packaging was secure so nothing was damaged in shipping.

Got this product to match with the bed. Initially worked well but then started falling apart. The fault lies in the plastic hinges that hold the drawers. After sometime they bend the drawers won't stay in place. Contacted the manufacturer and they keep requesting pictures. Am tired of sending them and being transferred to different representatives. Trust me buy a better product with high quality metal parts... will go a long way.

We bought two of these to go side by side in the corner of our bedroom. The boxes were about 100lbs each. My husband tells them they were a bit tough to assemble but they look great. Definitely worth the money spent.

Very durable the drawers are a little small though!

This was well worth the $140 I paid for it. I was a little overwhelmed when I saw all the pieces I had to put together. It did take about 2-1/2 - 3 hours to complete but I love it! It looks just like the picture. The box is well packed so I received it in almost perfect condition.
