I don't see any Southwire products that work as a 90-degree coupler (they do have an inline coupler, but that was it). Southwire does have a 90-degree SIMPush elbow (with a removal access panel to help with pulls). SIMPush works kind of like a Sharkbite fitting for plumbing. But I think it only works for rigid conduit? You might find a 90-degree coupler from another manufacturer though. Halex, for example, although I still only see inline couplers from them.

what size hole do I drill? OR what is the OD of the threaded end?

Pretty much any weather proof 1 gang box, regular or deep would work. For a GFCI installation, I would recommend a deep I gang weatherproof box. For a blank cover, use any 1 gang weatherproof cover. You will find these items together in one location for electrical weatherproof boxes, covers, etc. Choice of color is available also.

Easy to use, work great
I've used these for a few projects involving flexible conduit. My local store stocks these Southwire brand and the Arlington brand. I have always used the Southwire fittings so far because they are smaller and the design seems simpler. These are very easy to use, work well, and make projects with flexible conduit a breeze.
