This cable is not waterproof so no. I would conduit underground or direct burial cable.
I don't think it would be hard to paint with a spray gun or roller then touch up with a brush. I've seen it painted before in the same situation.

Electrolysis is a chemical decomposition produced by passing an electric current through a liquid or solution containing ions. Galvanic corrosion is an electrochemical process in which one metal corrodes preferentially when it is in electrical contact with another which would be your case. We have found that wrapping Teflon Tape to the Armorlite Cable stops this action. But, Armorlite cable would not be grounded when it is attached using cable connectors with Teflon Tape. Armorlite Cable outer tubing skin acts as a ground when it is attached using the correct cable connectors.
