The National Electrical Code (NEC) imposes a maximum length of 1.8 meters (about 6 feet) for liquid-tight flexible metal conduits 1.25" and smaller. If the flexible conduit exceeds this length, it cannot serve as an equipment ground.
Not really, Aluminum may not handle the heat generated by exhaust which can reach temperatures above what these conduits are designed for. Use steal flex instead.
It is not gas tight. The exhaust would leak out all down the length of the conduit.

Yes. though unless you need metal for cut/damage protection, the nonmetallic watertight cables are well suitable for data cables and would be a cheaper option. This is what I use for low voltage data cables...

This is not intended for direct burial. Use gray PVC for that.
The recommended depth to bury this is at 18-24 inches.
Inner diameter( min/max): .812/.835. outer diameter( min/max):1.045/1.105 The above advice is based upon the current edition of the National Electric Code (NEC). Free access to the latest version of the NEC is available online at www.nfpa.org/freeaccess. The NEC and local building codes regulate the types of wire and cable that can be used in specific electrical applications, as well as the manner of installation. Check your local building codes before you start any wiring and cable electrical project and be sure to obtain required permits. When your work is complete, always have it inspected for compliance with local codes to ensure that it has been safely installed.
