A: This cable can feed a 400 amp service panel only if you use two runs of the SER cable in parallel. Otherwise you would need 750 MCM aluminum conductors. Note that SER cable cannot be used underground.
A: No it’s only good for 200amp Circuit with over current protection
A: Feeding 125 amps 170 feet away shouldn't be a problem as this SER cable is typically used to feed a 200 amp subpanel. Keep in mind though that SER cable cannot be used underground; not direct buried and not in conduit, not underground at all.
