Use indoors and outdoors to kill listed ants, carpenter ants, cockroaches, spiders, brown dog ticks, crickets, scorpions and other listed insects. When using indoors, contact as many insects as possible with the spray in addition to thoroughly treating all parts of the room where listed pests may hide. Pay special attention to cracks, dark corners, hidden surfaces under sinks, behind stoves and refrigerators, food storage areas and wherever listed pests are suspected. Treatment lasts up to 4 months. To kill listed ants, treat doors, around window frames, ant trails and other areas of entry. When using outdoors, thoroughly spray infested weeds or bushy, non-crop areas. To kill listed ants, thoroughly wet hills and runways.

A:  NO. Why would you spray poison on your skin? It is a great product for getting rid of ants!

    A:  Why would you? Product specifically states "Avoid contact with skin, eyes, or clothing" and precautionary statements include washing hands with soap and water, rinsing skin immediately with plenty of water for 15-20 minutes, and calling poison control for treatment advice.

        A:  Spectracide Ant Shield Insect Killer Aerosol is ok to use on your wood floors. It's also ok to spray if you have pets; just remove them from the area while you treat and don't let them back in until the spray has dried completely.

          A:  Hi dmcristi, Almost all insect killer sprays won't damage wood floors, unless you leave it on there without removing it for a long time. However, the best spray to use for insects and safe for pets is one that says so on the container.           A:  I do not know. I know that when we spray outside, we do not let the pets out. Never sprayed inside, use ant traps it is a lot safer for the pets and you( poison lingers in the air and even when spraying outside use a face mask.
