the deer have scratched the bark off the tree truck. Can I use this product to spray on the damaged area and will it help save the trre?
Asked by: Kendall
From my understanding yes it will. It is meant to help protect the tree from wounds such as this and us sawing limbs, plus other uses such as in construction as well to that I’ve had to use it as a barrier to protect items from freshly poured concrete, and a moisture barrier too although they don’t advertise it for this. Engineers have found these other uses.

Can this be used for roof leak?

Actually a Home Depot worker told me it works as good if not better than rubberized spray intended for roofs. Thicker and obviously cheaper as well. I'm just wondering if anybody has used this for roof.
Asked by: Linda
This product was wonderful me . Water was getting water behind my gutters causing facial board to rot I tried several ways to correct this problem after I used the pruning seal I had no more leaks. Thank you for such a great product

Pruning Seal 13 oz Waterproof Outdoor Sealant Aerosol is rated 4.4 out of 5 by 310.
Rated 2 out of 5 by from Works great as a sealer but is better used only... Works great as a sealer but is better used only if you have a large area to cover and or don’t have any leaves you mind getting overspray on. The cans with brush applicators are much more time consuming to apply sealant but they are way less messy and more cost effective if you have many small cuts to seal. I would need a case of the aerosol cans to do what 2 maybe 3 cans of brush applied sealer does.

This seems to have sealed it well.Make sure to wear gloves and glasses as it's the consistency of wet paint but the stickiness of tar. I got it all over my hands and some splashed on my face. I ended up ruining a dish scrubber and taking a layer of skin off to clean myself up.So good product but wear protective gear, it splashes.
