My Rose bush is as it was when I put it in the ground. I followed the directions word for word. But it hasn't grown or anything else. I'm very, very disappointed because I purchased it in memory of my daughte who loved PURPLE ROSES.

Thank you for leaving a review of the Heirloom Hybrid Tea Rose. We are terribly sorry to hear that this item hasn't yet shown growth above the soil surface. Many plants do best when shipped in a dormant or bareroot condition without any soil around the roots. Often plants shipped this way may appear to be dead. However, dormant or bareroot plants are living plant material even though they may be completely void of green buds or leaves. They've been conditioned for shipping and will be ready to grow after planting. It may take as long as 6-8 weeks before they sprout to the point where growth is obvious. Also, this item is covered by a one year guarantee. If it fails to grow in the expected time frame, please contact Home Depot Customer Service. You can find the contact information under "Customer Service" at homedepot.com.
