It's not designed to remove build up, however it does help.
How do I use the date reminder feature on the SL 2 model? There were no instructions in the box.

Does this shower head remove metals?
Our filters remove: Chlorine, dirt, sediment, odors, iron oxide (rust water) and it's pH balanced.
Will this work with the handheld shower system?
Yes it will. However model # SLB-BN would be a better option for a handheld.
will this work with a delta magnetic hand held shower head
Our units are universal and will fit most shower heads as long as the threading is standard and universal.
I have this model. But my new shower has a Kohler shower head along with a shower arm. The shower arm is too wide for my filter. What do I need to attach it?
