While doing some electrical work in my Load Center I dropped a screw and the basement gremlins took it for good. So I got this set that actually look nicer than the stock ones, mainly because they aren’t eight centuries old, as my load center is.

Worked great. Seems to have self-tapping characteristics. Not sure it they were conforming to the box threads or if they were tapping them out. The metal seems soft so It may be the former. At any rate, I picked them up promptly at my local HD and had them installed before the inspector arrived.

This is a good item to have for an existing Square D panel. I was replacing a panel in a condo project which had multiple painting over it and didn't realize the new Square D panel would also include new screws. So I returned these and Home Depot took them back with their great return policy (as always).

Response from SchneiderCustomerCareApril 1, 2019
We apologize for any inconvenience you might have encountered. Unfortunately, without knowing what type of panel you have, I cannot determine if this is the correct screw cover to use. We would like to encourage you to contact our products experts at 1-888-SQUARED (778-2733) to discuss this further. Again, we apologize for any inconvenience this has caused.

Warm regards,
Schneider Electric Customer Care SquareD
