A:Â Hello Bobby,
Consider using an LK100AN it will accept a #6 - 2/0 AWG AL or CU wire.

Schneider Electric Customer Care.

A:Â Yes, technically it will work as it is rated to accept #4 gauge wire. However, if the #4 wire is stranded, it can be difficult to get the wire into the lug because the most of the time when stranded wire is cut it becomes sort of an oval shape, and the #4 wire has to be perfectly round to fit into the #4 rated lug. So if it is stranded wire I would recommend the larger lug that Schneider customer care recommended.

Answer This Question
A:Â Yes. Not sure why they say 70 amp, as lugs are not rated by amperage but by the size wire they accept. It will physically fit in panels rated for more amps and as long as the wire you are terminating into the lug is within the lugs' range you are good to go. (If the wire is too large and stranded wire, no cutting some of the strands to make it fit into the lug. That is a code violation.)

A:Â Yes. The QO70AN is a 'Fork' type neutral lug that mounts in two of the wire binding holes in a branch neutral bar or PK ground bar and uses the wire binding screws for those holes tighten the lug in place.

Very easy to install in a Sq D Panel. I used it in a ITE panel and had to break off one of the legs because the holes in the bar were too far apart. This should work in a fault.
