A: It does work, but you need to watch the positioning. My chair comes down on wheels which causes it to move off the foot sometimes.

Q:Placing it under a power lift chair wouldn't the base plates tilt it to one side?

A: chair legs do not land on the base plates as it is positioned

A: The base plates are very thin and do not noticeably affect the chair, either in it's normal state or when using the lift mechanism (which my mother-in-law also has). You do have to place the plates as close to the outside of the chair as possible, while still being solidly under it, so that when the chair mechanism lifts out, the pole holding the tray does not interfere with the arm of the chair.

Excellent support for getting off couch

I purchased (2) Omni Trays, one for each end of the sofa. The support bars easily slide underneath the feet of the sofa. I use them EVERY day to get out of the couch. I LOVE the swivel trays, which are height adjustable. I regularly eat off the swivel trays, which are large enough for a dinner plate, salad bowl, beverage, napkin and silverware. I HIGHLY recommend this product!

Very helpful for elderly pareny

I bought this for my 87 year old father and he loves it! Gives him the tray that swivels to eat and the handle that he can push himself up out of his recliner! Love it!

Great for wheelchair-bound individuals

We got this for mom, so she can eat her meals while sitting in her wheelchair. There was a small chip in the wood of the tray/table.

A great product, I'm amazed

This was so nicely packaged with easy to follow instructions, I put it together myself quickly. I'm amazed at the quality of every part. I had purchased something else first to go with my lift recliner but I returned it for this one and glad I did. I'm really enjoying this!

Great product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The stander Omni tray is good compared to others. It's very sturdy love the handle to use to help get up with. I would definitely buy the stander Omni tray he is wonderful. I wasn't aware of strander Omni tray prior to now but I absolutely love it. I would recommend this tray to others, the only thing I wish for is that it would rise a little bit higher than what it does

Very helpful tray & stand support

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the Omni Tray free to review. It was heavier than I expected but that weight helps make it very stable! My husband easily set it up for me. Love that I can adjust the height & direction of the table. The standing support has a comfortable handle and doesn't budge when I use it (making me feel safer as I ease off the couch.) My husband has actually tried to take it over & says we need another one for the other end of the couch.

This is the best stand-alone tray I have ever seen!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Stander Omni Tray is the best stand-alone tray I have ever used. I have tried many trays to use for my lift chair and no one is as great as this one. This tray turns 360 degrees so you can position the table anywhere you need it. It is easily moved out of the way, so I can get out of my chair. The tray stand is made out of heavy metal so it is very sturdy, there is even a place on the stand to assist you while standing or sitting. It can be adjusted to any height so it will work with any chair or couch. I was not aware of this product or I would have bought it a long time ago. I have recommended this tray to my Mother-In-Law who also uses a lift chair. I have told many family members and friends about this tray and the other many products this company offers.
