Exceeded expectations! I needed an adjustable nozzle rather than a fixed size nozzle assortment other brands have. I needed to pressure wash a taller building and this worked great. I adjusted the stream to wash the higher areas and adjusted the stream as I moved down. Very nice water pressure! I also chose an electric power washer over gasoline powered due to maintenance requirements. If there is a water source for the hose hook up there is likely electricity also.
