Knockouts are not properly engineered to allow removal from within the box. So if you have a single whip to the box, you’ll be ok. But if you have to pull two from differing sides it will be difficult to affix to the drywall. It’s a basic box suited for simple additions.

I needed to replace a plastic outlet box that was not anchored in the wall. There were no studs to attach a box to near the hole. With these screw down wings, they would lick against the inside of the plaster or drywall. The hole was poorly cut and oversized so I needed shims between the back of the hole and the wings to get a solid mount.
Older houses where flippers don’t care about the work!!
