The Sterno S'mores Heat is a safe and clean-burning fuel made from renewable sources and non-toxic ingredients, specifically formulated for cooking. A: One can is about 2 inches. Perhaps the 7.5 inches is the height of 2 cans stacked up. I filled a clay pot about 3 inches from the top with garden soil, then I dropped in 3 Sterno cans that had been wrapped in foil, then I filled in the pot up to the top of the Sternos with pebbles. The pot fits into a very sturdy stand and it can sit on a table of the ground. Works well.
