Yes, All our wall mounted heaters have thermostats to maintain a temperature in the room. They range from 45 to 86 degrees F.
It has a built in fan.
No, it will be hard wired to the breaker.
I had a tenant that was complaining that one of the room in her apartment is not sufficiently warm. I had the unit installed several weeks ago in her apartment and she is very happy with its performance.
It has a thermostat that you set the temperature on that it stays at but no it doesn’t have some sort of regulation that monitors the temperature of the room. It’s a pretty basic heater and it does a fairly good job depending on the size of The room you place it in. Hope this helps
It is a fairly basic unit it is not going to heat a large room but it will heat a standard bathroom and by standard I mean custom homes that have bathrooms a little larger than most but it does a fairly good job. Hope this helps
Mine is wall-mounted and it is about 3 1/2 feet from the floor I don’t remember if there is a standard height to mount it . Hope this helps

I don't feel these would be too big or too much at all for that size. They have a temperature and I believe fan speed controls built in the unit for comfort level. It may not be the most practical way to heat the rooms, but it is an effective way to help and keep it warm.
