Poorly made
The trash can looks nice but that’s about it. The foot pedal broke off after a few months and trash accumulates at the back of the can.

Inner trash bin smells bad
Noticed horrible smell from bin after about a week. Thought it was the garbage, from cat food thrown out. But smell actually came from the inner trash bin.
Washed the inner bin and inside trash can and let both sit outside for a few hours. Smell was a little better. Put a bar of Irish Spring in trash can - hopefully will help with the smell.

Foot pedal broke off after a year
It was a nice garbage can until the foot petal broke off after not much more than a year. The hinge nubs where it attaches wore out. I can snap it back in, but it just comes out again. Need to replace can now.

Features and Specifications Not Exact
This trashcan is not fingerprint resistant as it says. Also, specifications say that it’s 25.4 inches tall/deep and it is actually 24.5 inches, so it’s about an inch shorter than what it says. Overall it looks like a nice trashcan and it’s replacing the one that I had for five years. I hope this one last that long.
