The Cat's Meow!
I love our new barstools! They're comfortable, stylish, and the color is soft but a nice pop for our kitchen area. They seem to be very sturdy and so far have held up great. Our cats are especially enjoying watching the birds from their new cushy perches. We're all very happy with them!

solid bar stools
i followed the instructions on first chair and had a hard time getting the leg rung pegs tight into the chair legs. It’s a tight fit, which is good. Next chair i put the rungs on the legs before attaching the front legs to the chair so i could wiggle them in. At least pre-insert them in the legs before attaching. The legs and seats are solid and upholstery is nice. There is a slight stitch stripe pattern and they can match grays or creams.

A little rough on assembly. However, that's how you know the quality is great cause these suckers will not come apart now. I'm lucky to have my handy husband and we each assembled a chair. But if you're on your own and not very tool savvy, you might spend more time on the chairs than we did.
Other than that, these stools were the perfect fit for our home. The color of the upholstery is a nice, bright silver linen; the legs match my floor (dark wood); and they have a back!
Very comfortable, affordable and superb quality! Absolutely recommend.
P.S. - the height of these chairs are perfect for 43" bar height.

The assembly took longer than I thought. The chairs seem to be sturdy and the cushioning is decent. The fabric is wintery and warm, which can feel hot in the summer and it does not generate a modern look. This style of fabric seems easy to stain and comes with uneven colors out from the package.

.These Banford brown wood upholstered counter stools with low back riverbed brown seats are EXCELLENT! So well made, easy to put together, very sturdy. They are the perfect addition to my walk in close/craft room and will also fit at my counter between my kitchen and living room. The upholstery is good quality and rich looking. The style will go with most contemporary/modern décor. I love these and recommend them highly.

Banford Brown Wood Upholstered Counter Stool with Low Back Riverbed Brown Seat – These are pretty nice stools. They are good looking, well designed and manufactured and assembly is relatively simple with the easy to follow instructions. The stools are the right height for 36 inch counters.
One thing I noticed is the stools are designed for a 300 lbs weight limit. Although I don’t weigh anywhere near 300 lbs, when I sit on either stool the seat bottoms out. Looking at the seat construction there are 3 zig-zag springs in addition to the foam and straps but they don’t seem adequate for supporting a normal sized and larger person.

With cars, they call it "fit and finish" - these counter chairs are just that, the 'fit and finish' is very important! I would say that attention was paid to that final step in manufacturing, very nicely made. The instructions were not far from being 100%, two washers got switched around, but not confusing from where I stand. It took us about a half hour, from removing the box and packing till we had them assembled, not bad at all. I love the fabric, it's sort of a tweed material, a nice oatmeal color. All of the hardware worked just fine, and we have two lovely counter seats for the dining area! Good furniture!
