This is an adjustable height stool that is well made with a strong frame. The swivel top is wood with a rough sanded finish and the edge is beveled but not precision. It has a heavy varnish finish that should last a long time. For a somewhat rustic look, this stool is great. I am getting two more of these so I have two at the kitchen counter and one for my workbench in my shop. I do some small assembly work on my workbench and this will help reduce back strain from standing and leaning for extended periods of time.

This is a very nice looking swivel chair that would fit in with any décor that you have in your home because the only two colors are white for the frame as well as legs and a very light brown wood seat. The swivel is rather smooth and has a lot of adjustment room upwards by turning the seat in a counter clockwise direction. I think that it will last very well for quite a long time.

This backless counter stool from StyleWell is both sturdy and attractive. It seems well-made with steel legs and frame and solid wood seat. The wood seat is attached to a steel plate and threaded rod that enables it to screw up or down in order to adjust the height of the seat. The wood seat is attractive and the entire stool looks exactly like it does in the pictures on line. Although it says "assembly required" mine came fully assembled.

It was also the right color and style for my space with a butcher block counter and white walls and cabinets. The price was great, and it was delivered in one piece without need for assembly. These stools are a great price, and the quality is good. The wood grain detail is my favorite thing about them. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because the black paint on the legs looked flat in the advertisement and in person it’s shiny.
