Can this refridge be installed in the interior of a boat?

I live in Las Vegas where the outdoor temperature is often over 110 F. Will this refrigerator continue to operate the same at this temperature?
It is recommended to install this refrigerator in a place where the ambient temperature is between 44º and 90ºF (7º to 32ºC). If the ambient temperature is above or below the recommended temperatures, the performance of the unit may be affected. For example, placing your unit in extreme cold or hot conditions may cause interior temperatures to fluctuate. The operating temperature range may not be reached.
Is the 34” height with the wheels on or with the adjustable legs?
This unit does not have wheels. The 34" height is from the floor to top, so it includes the legs.
Is this really panel-ready like it says in the Specifications?

What are the dimensions inside the fridge?
The interior is 24" H x 19 1/4" W x 17 1/2"D, with a 4.6 cu.ft. overall capacity.
Will this trip a GCFI outlet by mistake?
Why would it do that? Mine has been outside for a year and I've had no issue. It works great! There is NO NEED to buy anything more expensive and I'm not cheap :)
Ours is outside on a covered lanai, with GFI and we have not had any issues.
Can this refrigerator hold out in a harsh winter? I live in Chicago and am worried about it working efficiently once it passes a Chicago winter.
No idea I live in 100 degree Texas. This is so much better that a $2,500 frig !
