A: Worked decent the first time used. But after that only turned on from time to time. Thought it killed bed bugs from lwhats I saw when I first used it but they were back a day or two after again even with other pesticides.

Great steamer but unreliable & no warranty

I use this about twice a week to defrost refrigerators. This is my second SunJoe. The first one lasted about a year and a half before it died. This one lasted less than a year before it started leaking steam out of the handle. Unfortunately the warranty, which sadly I didn't read when I bought it, says that there's no warranty for commercial use, so I guess I'm out of luck. If you actually plan on using it frequently, this isn't the steamer for you.

Sun joe steamer

Worked great 3 times in use, the 4 time completly quit heating up. Had it less than a week and it was broken, nice of home depot to refund 100% of the cost.
