Some of the seams had rough edges that I trimmed with an Exacto knife, but overall, these are really nice chairs AND made in the U.S.A.

Easy to put together. very comfortable with a chair pads and roomy. storage underneath is great.

Nice sturdy pieces of outdoor furniture. I got 2 of these, matching little table and the storage chest. All of them can be put together with one person, as I did (I'm small and 58 years old), but it is easier, especially the chest, if there were 2 people. All the tools are included and I must comment on how smart the designer was to have this easy set up. Sturdy pieces. Easy to hose off. storage in all pieces. No water gets in when they are closed. All four unassembled boxes fit PERFECTLY into my Subaru Crosstrek with the seats folded down. You can sit on the chairs the way they come, but maybe it will be more comfortable and dressed up with cushions. I'm in the process of making some cushions now.

I would purchase again. The chairs are very sturdy. Storage holds two pillows easily with no leaks during prolonged rain. Assembly was reasonably easy except that some holes were not predrilled, but did not require more than some added pressure to puncture. Seat on 1 of 4 chairs slightly misaligned, probably due to assembly error, but can't correct. It's not noticeable and doesn't leak, though.
