Seems like a pretty good exit light, I like a few things about this. One of them is it has a few different configurations on how you can set it up, it has knock outs for the directional arrows, it has a green and red film you can insert including inner lights to match the film. It has different mounting holes, or brackets you can use, plus it can be a double sided or single sided exit sign. I checked it at night with the flood lights and it lights up about a 40'x40' area pretty well. Instructions were pretty easy for set up.

I ordered this Eaton emergency sign with LED lights for a staircase that leads up to an apartment over a garage. My thought was if the power ever went out someone on the 2nd story could safely go down the lit stairs. The mounting of the light itself is quite flexible, it can mount on a wall, on its sides or hung from an electrical box on the ceiling. The other nice thing is it comes with quite a few extra parts. One extra part is a whole back plate that allows both front & rear of the sign to be a lit EXIT sign. Other extra parts allow both front & back signs to be either green or red. There is also a holder for mounting to a side wall or ceiling & a metal plate for mounting to a junction box. It comes with one battery pack and if you choose, another can be added (looks like 4 AA batteries in a block) You can also choose to buy extra lights. There is an LED charge indicator light, which is helpful. The front & back plates easily come off with a screwdriver pushing the tabs in. The lights on the sides can be rotated to fire up, down or sideways.
Overall this is a very well thought out EXIT light, that can be used in many different applications.
