Looks really bad
Veneer peels off when you cut, sand, move, or touch it. The more you try to fix it, the more it falls apart.

So bad
These boards are terrible! I edged them up with a router and the layers are SO bad. Literally the layers are overlapping in many places. These are bad… I’m happy in not a professional woodworker… it’s is just for fun for me, but I’m going to have to try to hide lots of sides and fill big holes… see pictures. For $90 a sheet these are scary bad

its OK for a work surface
I picked up a sheet to replace an old workbench top. The prefinishing should be helpful with glue ups. I ripped the width down to 3’ and only saw one small void. There appear to be 10 layers of ply, with an outer layer and the veneer. Its pretty flat, but then maybe I got lucky.

This is the worst plywood I’ve EVER used
The veneer layer is too thin. Chips if you so much as sneeze on it. Tears out so easily it’s unavoidable, even trying to mitigate it with tape & technique.
Absolutely disappointed to spend $90 a sheet for such terrible plywood & absolutely frustrated having to work with it. This is the worst plywood I have EVER used.

Haven't got to actually start my project yet but what...
Haven't got to actually start my project yet but what I can see is a solid piece of plywood with no holes between plies. The veneer seems to be well secured and free of blemishes. The wood is heavy and will probably take the pocket holes and screws just fine for the storage cabinet I'm building for my SCUBA gear.

Easy to work with
This birch is easy to paint or stain. There was a small scratch in one of the pieces, but I was able to sand it out without any demarcation. Good quality for the price!

I made the mistake of ordering a couple of sheets of this online for pickup. Home Depot really mishandled it and the sheets were scratched and gouged on both sides. It's pre-finished so these can't be sanded out and repaired. No longer suitable as cabinet grade material. I ended up paying $60 per sheet for shop plywood. Luckily I had a project where I could make do with this stuff but it sure wasn't what I would have bought for it. In addition to the mishandling, the sheets I received were out of square to the point where I had additional trimming and squaring to do before I could actually work with it. Very disappointing.
