HUGE
These are huge and sweet! I planted both the Natchez and the Black Satin. I think the Natchez are doing the best. I’m going on my 4th summer with these. I have them planted on a 9 foot trellis. Usually anything above that 9 foot point doesnt yield very big berries, so i try to keep them trimmed below that. Using a berry net to keep the birds away helps too.

I am sorry you were disappointed with the plant. The plant will bear fruit in time. We grow the plants in norther Wisconsin and at this time of year the plants are dormant and just starting to wake up from winter. Once planted the plant will grow and after a season flower and produce fruit. They are very vigorous and I hope you will be pleased with the growth. Once again, sorry for the confusion with the title, this was to indicate that it is a plant that produces fruit.

Plants are very hardy and growing well, despite being small and looking fragile when they arrived.

      great quality plants
Received 6 plants more then 2 weeks ago. We were still covered by snow. They arrived perfectly packaged. 3 plants had leaves on, other 3 plants buds just started growing. Each plant arrived in a small pot with damp good quality soil, the pot was in strong vinyl pouch closed with the string on top, so no any soil comes out. For the price I was surprised, how beautiful and strong plants I received. they are well rooted, two of them got even new side shoots. They are doing great!. Before I ordered from HD I was shopping nurseries on internet; Natchez blackberries were or sold out or the prices with shipping were ridiculously high. After I received my shipment from Home Depot I was very happy I ordered my blackberries here.

      Thriving Blackberry Plants
I bought three plants and planted in February. We had a cold snap that slowed them down, but they handled it very well and are thriving now. Growing like crazy in a raised bed. Very happy with the vigorous growth. Very healthy plants. Can't wait for some fruit next year. One point docked because I expected dormant plants but recieved one that had already budded for the year in early Feb.

Hello, I am sorry if you were dissatisfied with your plants. We pride ourselves on growing the best possible plants that will grow for our customers. Our plants are grown and shipped form northern Wisconsin and are completely dormant. It may take time for the plants to wake up from winter dormancy. I hope this helps and that your plants will grow.

        Thankyou
