No coherent instructions. Little pictures inside the box which you have to accidentally find. Instructions re the cleaner bottle are wrong. Obvious that this was made overseas by people who do not speak English. Swiffer works well so far. Cleaned my wood floors well. But frustrated at the lack of attention to assembly instructions! Used twice- it is lightweight & easy to use.

Ineffective product
The Swiffer Wet jet was simply ineffective. My engineering wood floor was just a disaster after I used it. Completely dull and hazy. I had to find another product to try to give it back its lustre.

Please know, each Swiffer WetJet, and the refills designed to work with it, will not leave a residue and should provide a great clean on virtually any floor in your home. It's possible the refills you're using aren't suitable for your floor. Do not use the Swiffer WetJet on unfinished, oiled or waxed wooden floors, non-sealed tiles, or carpet. If it is suitable, for best results, sweep or vacuum your floor before using the Swiffer WetJet. Another possible issue is the age of your floor. If it's brand new, it may have a special coating to protect it during shipping, and this can cause streaking. Streaking and cloudiness can also happen if other cleaning products have been used on the floor recently. In either case, using the product a few more times should solve the problem. Horrible product
Motor stopped working after one use. Thrown my money straight down the drain with this purchase.
