Swing-N-Slide Playsets presents the Playful Palace, an action-packed wood clubhouse with double decks at 4 ft. and 5 ft. high. Featuring an enclosed clubhouse, flags, a steering wheel and a telescope, this playset will keep the kids busy all summer long. Its unique design is loaded with activities including a picnic table with canopy, a rock wall on the back and a separate lemonade stand. This is a Wood Complete Playset, so everything comes in the box, including all lumber, accessories, hardware, fasteners and fully illustrated instructions. The Playful Palace comes with a 5-year warranty and is fully compliant with ASTM safety standards.

Different than what I bought
The swing set went together easy once I figured out that they had sent me a different configuration and found the correct install directions. The issue I have now is I prepped my play area based on the original purchased product but since this is a different configuration it will not fit as intended.
We have not had much time to play on it yet but I think my kids will love this.

This playset arrived in 3 boxes and we didn't think it was going to be what we saw online. To our surprise, they did in fact include everything we needed. The playset took 2 guys 8 hours to put together but it is wonderful! Our son loves having the playground in his backyard and we are very pleased with the quality. It is going to be something that not only our children enjoy for years to come but also their friends.

Very happy with this playset. Its just the right size. Not a big one and little on the smaller size. Perfect for my 2yr old. I put it together by myself in 14hrs spread out over a few days. The wood was all good and hardware too. No splitting of wood if you just screw correctly. The instructions were off a couple minor times but if you have any kind of brain you can figure it out. Came with plenty of extra hardware. Very sturdy and stable. Would suggest spending some time at first organizing all the wood pieces and hardware off to the side by their numbers so it makes it a lot easier to go find. Bags of screws go by a code number so if tou just write the screw size on the bag that helps too like bag 2” screws, 1 3/4” screws etc. Plan it out and use your head and dont drink too many beers haha

It looks nice when it's all set up. The wood is a really low quality. If you drill it slightly off it'll crack the whole board. And another thing is that I have to kids both under 40 pounds and when they are both swinging it rocks and shakes as if they were heavy set adults playing on it. I honestly don't know how long it would last.

Great value
This swing is a lot of swing for the money. There are a lot of parts and the installation takes some time - maybe two people 10 hours. But all the parts are well labeled and the results are worth it. I'd suggest printing the instructions in advance and reading through them first. It will also be useful to have two sets of instructions in English as the Spanish set is in metric measurements. Also we organized the parts by number in advance and that made finding the wooden parts a lot easier.

Good value, lousy instructions
It's a very nice swingset, especially for the price, but the instructions were ridiculous. We called at least 3 times because parts seemed to be missing based on the instructions, and each time we were told "oh yeah, that's a mistake in the instructions, you need to do this or that". Very aggravating.
