The Best Pan I Have Ever Owned
In my previous review, I said that this pan, which I first learned about 2 weeks ago, was much better than any Calphalon pan that I have been using. I also like it better than my All-Clad pans. The non-stick surface is very smooth - food slides right out with very little oil. The pan is thick on the bottom and I can use extremely low heat. I also like the lid knob feature where I can release some heat without lifting the lid off the pan. I swear to god that I am not a reviewer. I am just really impressed with this pan.
