Wrong part
Toilet is nice although difficult to install. The biggest problem is incorrect part, flush push button, too short to activate the flush valve inside the toilet. Several calls dropped with a busy signal and emails without positive or helpful advice. I have a toilet but cannot flush it until I open the top and push the valve. I hope that SwissMadison respond soon and replace the flush button.????In addition the manual for the flush button installation attached was not for this model.

What a beautiful fixture in my new main bathroom. Well worth the price. I saw comments about the seat being loose, but I haven't had any issues. I also saw comments about the fixture being too low. That is not an issue I'm experiencing either. The height is perfect for my 5'4" and I find my feet actually dangle a little. I highly recommend the extra cost for a beautiful European style bathroom toilet.

Worst toilet ever
We tried three of these. The first had a small crack in the bowl and leaked, tried 8 different types of seals thinking maybe I was crazy. I put the old toilet back, no leak. The second was smashed to bits in the box on arrival. The third had another cracked bowl and leaked. My self confidence destroyed, my wife called a plumber. He didn't even put it on, found a small crack and asked "who makes this" and "never heard of them. WILL NEVER BUY THIS BRAND AGAIN!

Large toilet, great flush
Overall I'm very happy with the toilet. Install was simple (although it's heavy because of the size, I did it on my own but it would be easier with two people), the flushing power is fantastic, and the flush is also very quiet. The only negative thing of note is, as others have noted, the seat, which is not particularly comfortable.

I’m very pleased with my purchase. As was stated this toilet weighs a lot and was a big concern to me. I had read some other reviews on how they installed it and one that stuck out was using several thin blocks of wood front and back. Once toilet was lined up over bolts removed wood one at a time until it was on the floor. That works great and so does the toilet.
