Jupiter XL Series Black Faux Leather Reclining 3D Massage Chair with 3D L-Track, Bluetooth Speakers, XL Height Capacity

I researched a ton before buying this chair. It is fine & relaxing, but doesn't do the L bottom as well as I had expected or my head/neck. I really wanted my hamstrings & glutes to be massaged & thought from the L shaped technology they would be. It does a little, but not much on the bottom side. I chose this chair because we have 2 very different heights in our home. I am 5'5" & he is over 6ft. The neck massage is barely felt by either of us, so we flip the headpiece up (which is attached with a zipper that doesn't detatch so is propped straight in the air) which still really doesn't do it and goes around the other point of me choosing this chair..the idea of the head massage. It barely even touches my head and I don't think I have any smaller of a head than normal. What a bummer! I also thought the stretching features would be a bit more of a stretch. I think it would be more beneficial if more of the arms were massaged (upper arms) as well & will look at that more carefully if I purchase another chair in the future. For now as I am stuck with this one, we will enjoy the positives like the great air pressure. I really don't know how much 3D technology is in it as it doesn't seem to change the width on Auto settings for me. It is a nice strong air massage though especially in your arms & calves. I would not buy this particular chair again if given the choice & if I could return it for another I absolutely would. I will also share that there was much confusion on the shipping, I am assuming on the fault of Titan. I got an email from Home Depot that it was shipping a week after I ordered it but then nothing. I spent hours on the phone with Home Depot and the shipping company to finally get the direct line for Titan where the chair was being shipped from. I had been told by Home Depot that a Titan rep said it was on the dock to be shipped "today" twice when I called in. Then when I finally got a hold of the Titan customer service they said they were out of my color & didn't the Titan rep for Home Depot call me? I was super frustrated as there was just no movement for 2 weeks & no one called to simply ask if I wanted another color. I didn't care about the color so, as soon as I called in to approve the change of color the chair was shipped. I had to call into Titan to make this happen. It just could have been avoided & shipped to me weeks earlier if someone could have told me better info on my multiple calls. It just gave me a bad impression of Titan and their careless customer service. I am expecting the same if I ever have a problem with the chair, so am crossing my fingers I don't. It will take at least 2 strong people to get it in the house & there is an extreme amount of trash. It was easy to assemble and of good quality. It does not look or feel cheap. I like the preset auto settings. It does feel good for sure, but just had higher expectations on the L shape, neck massage & head massage.

I worked great for 90 days, then it started making noise and vibrating. repairman can't figure out how to repair the chair. hasn't worked for 4 weeks.

Great stuff, took 1 week to deliver, installed by myself and took about an hour, including unpacking and installing. Compare to other Titan Chairs, this model is relatively new, 2017 model if i remember right, which comes all the new features like 3D L track, which is kind of important to people with back pain which goes all the way to lower bottom. The only thing I think can be improved is the bluetooth speakers, little bit lack of sub.

Good chair, xL was a good call. Little too hard on some programs, but better that way then too soft for me. Wish there was a simpler program option to custom

I just had this chair for over a month now and love all the features that comes with the chair.

I'm a 6'5" tall guy weighing right around 195lbs. This chair ended up being my only option is it's one of the few that will fit a tall person. While I ordered the XL, I was shipped the Premium LE which seems to be an upgraded version! This has been so nice to keep my muscles loose between actual massages. Family has agreed that it's awesome when at first they rolled their eyes at me for getting it. It is big however, so be prepared for it to be the focus of a room.

I purchased this for the XL. Being tall I wanted the leg extension. While it has that, the extension is spring loaded, requiring constant force to keep extended (holding a leg press is not that relaxing). Also the shoulders are quite narrow, when the air bags inflate, it is to point of painful. Six weeks in, the wheels on the leg extension have bent and no longer function and now drag across the floor when retracting (I haven't called for repairs yet) Good massage, but buy a different model.
