Product was simple to install. Only had issues with two things. Instructions were a little vague or misleading at times. Some screw heads snapped off, maybe too much torque on cheap screws. Overall happy with the product.

          Great customer service.
The door made many detours before arriving to my Home Depot but between the great customer service of Home Depot and TOOLKISS it was worth the wait. Huge impact in a small bathroom refresh where we just changed the hardware, painted and added the tub door. The tub itself and tub surround are original and we were really just looking for something to compliment what was already there. The door is stunning in person.

There is a challenge in cleaning the doors where they intersect. Other than that the doors are attractive.

Installing this unit was my personal EPIC DIY fail. To be fair to TOOLKISS, i Don't believe they intended this to be a weekend DIY installable unit ! The instructions state " Professional Installation Recommended" and the Home Depot website actual states Professional Installation required ( off course , i didn't see that one until after I started). This company uses Pictorial Instructions and in my opinion are VERY poor and are actually incorrect on 2 VERY important steps !! I went through them in detail, verified ALL of the parts and part bags had been received . Unfortunately the hardware in these bags was of very poor quality and 4 of them had incorrect length screws in them. Due to the cheap hardware failing i needed to make 3 separate runs over Back to Home Depot to purchase better/correct hardware. So i installed the darn thing 3 times !!!! Does anyone know how long it takes to clean the frame after applying silicone to it ? Step 2 says, consult you installer ( for cutting the bottom rail ) and I should have known to stop there and return it. I am pretty handy and haven't had this trouble with an install before so i suppose it was just my turn ? Everything that could go wrong did and IMHO could have been prevented with correct instructions . Lastly , after i got it completely installed , cleaned up and ready to use my inspector noticed the glass actally has an inside and outside !! NO mention of that ANYWHERE that i could find . When i called to verfiy, the person that took call actually laughed at me. So of course, i had installed Both glass pieces incorrectly and now had to remove , reverse and re-install them . I should have bought the American Standard one instead . Bottom line , if these are NOT intended to be a DIY installed item then perhaps HD is the correct place for them. Toolkiss also needs to fix / correct the instructions . So if you are hiring a professional installer this may work for you . If you are a DIY person like me, I recommend making sure it intended to be installed by a one.

Quality materials.Perhaps heavier than others and requires two to install. BUT once installed the quality is obvious and the little extra paid is worth it. Our handyman picked it up from Home Depot and installed it with just a little help from a helper.
