Journeyman Electrician Pouch + Shoulder Strap in Black, with ClipTech Hub, 21-pockets and rugged 6-layer construction

Perfect for my apartment maintenance job. Not too small so all everyday carry tools and not too large that I overload it in weight. Very durable and feels well made. Clip on system is what really sold it for me.

A little over kill for my usage however it is a top notch pouch.m

Great durable small tool bad or big pouch, holds most of the essentials I use. I generally don't wear it as a pouch as it a little loaded/heavy for that. The kickstand keeps it upright and shoulder strap is comfortable. Great setup.

Shipping was great. On time arrival in good condition. "13 compartments" is a little misleading but they can count it however they want. I do apartment maintenance and I wanted this for my general hand tools. Kick stand feature is super handy. Love the cliptech clip. On and off is super easy. Wore mine for 2 days and the other guys on the crew had me order them one as well. I did replace the tape chain. Would have preferred the strap style tape lead.

I’m a foreman with a large utility company, with anywhere of 5 to 8 crews under me installing breaker panels and meters. I picked up this pouch as a light weight, grab and go set up for quality control and trouble shooting behind my guys. The ToughBuilt system is perfect for this as I keep the quick connect clip on my belt at all times and Im able to keep enough multi tools in this pouch to completely service a panel. Lots of room for tools and excellent build quality. The kickstand puts it over the top as a stand out product

I've been using this for about 3 months now and as an electrician I can say this is by far the best the best tool bag/pouch on the market...very versatile and the quick release comes in clutch with getting up and down on the ground our getting up the stairs into an attic. Now if you load it up... It can get pretty heavy on your hip. But the shoulder strap comes in clutch when you got it loaded up. But if you just put the base needs of the type of job you're on its perfect! Highly recommend. Looking forward to getting more of their products! Just wish they were IN STORE SO I WOULDN'T HAVE TO WAIT ON IT TO COME IN!!!

I like the ToughBuilt line of tool pouches, belts and accessories. They're made really well of strong material, they clip on and off the nice padded ToughBuilt toolbelt, or any belt with the clip on it, easily and they have a kickstand that holds the pouch up on a flat surface to take the weight off of you while still keeping the tools accessible. The top of the bag clip can also be used as a handle. This Master Electrician toolbag also has a shoulder strap which I really appreciate. Everything stays snug but is easy to access. Multimeter, coax crimping tools, network cable crimper, testing tools (for network, coax and GFCI outlets), lineman pliers (regular and insulated), diagonal cutters, needle nose cutters, an assortment of screwdrivers, drywall saw, outlet box level and guide, flashlight, tape measure and more. There's even a chain that can fit a few rolls of electrical tape and a side pouch with a velcro flap that's good for storing extra test leads or other small items. To effectively use the kickstand don't use a very long flashlight or screwdrivers that extend below the bottom of the bag. The screwdriver and plier pouches are high enough that you can still get long enough screwdrivers in there. There are plenty of pockets on the side for plier type tools and screwdrivers. Linesman pliers couldn't fit in these easily but putting them in the front pocket puts them in a comfortable location. I wish there would have been an area that was extra reinforced for the plunge saw. The bag isn't symmetrical. If you're left handed and you keep it on your left shoulder the most commonly used tools in the pockets on the side (screwdrivers, pliers, diagonal pliers) will be in the back of the bag and harder to reach. The padded shoulder strap is very comfortable. Had it on my shoulder for a few hours while working on a project this weekend. Then put it down and used the kickstand to keep it up after I realized I'd be there a while longer. This is a nice big, bag. I wanted a bag for tools that I use when doing electrical work. I also do low voltage data cabling. This bag is big enough to hold all those tools and more. I even have some duplicates in there to fill out the bag. I'm still undecided between having one bag for everything or two smaller bags, one for electrical the other for phone, data and tv but for right now I'm loving this bag.

I have a lot of tools, and this Toughbilt Tool pouch (Model TB-CT-104) checks a lot of my “must have” boxes for a bag. It has 4 large pockets for holding meters and test equipment, plus a notebook. A pocket with cover flap is available for cell phones, though it might not hold the largest onesMedium pockets hold pliers, cutters, and crimpers, and there are loops for holding a variety of screwdriver-like tools,. I found it impossible to use some because they were so close to others the tools interfered with each other. Three pockets in front are supposedly adjustable in length but not enough to be useful for me. There is also an adjustable “pocket” to hold a flashlight, which works well for small to large lights.. The shoulder strap is nicely cushioned and readily detachable if desired. The belt clip can be attached without removing the belt, and the bag clips securely on the clip. With the number of tools I carry in this bag, the belt clip only serves to drag my pants down so I don't use it. The feature I really enjoy is the “stand” that folds from the back, allowing the fully loaded bag to stand on its own on a flat surface. No bag is perfect, and the choice is a personal one, but this bag is almost ideal. It's built to last and comes at a reasonable price.

SUMMARY: ANOTHER GREAT ADDITION TO MY TOUGHBUILT COLLECTION BACKGROUND: I love Toughbuilt products. I have over 25 different pouches, belts, bags, totes, and sawhorses. The opportunity to evaluate the larger Master Electrician Pouch was too good to pass up. FIT, FINISH, FEATURES: This pouch is built to the same tank-like standards as all their other products. Heavy gauge fabric, heavy stitching, and a general no-nonsense feel and appearance. The cliptech belt attachment attachment is one of my favorite features of Toughbuilt pouches. The pouch also has the “kickstand” feature which lets you lean the pouch on a work surface (although doing that with a big Maglight in the holder doesn’t work well.) There are a lot of pockets to put things. The tape chain loop is larger and fits more tape. LAYOUT AND LOADING: This pouch has four pockets large enough to handle my snap-on multimeter and cable tester. There are smaller pockets on the back wall to hold small tools, notebook and labels, and pen, pencil, and sharpie. Three variable depth pockets on the front worked well for test leads, multi-pliers, and conduit level. And there are several screwdriver sized pockets on the right edge. The adjustable flashlight holster held a large Maglight well. The shoulder strap is a handy feature for a pouch that is sometimes better carried over the shoulder than on a belt. There are a couple of things that I wish Toughbuilt would do differently on these pouches. The main pocket of the pouch has partial-depth dividers. Because I prefer to carry different types of tools in the main pocket I had to put tubing into those sub-pockets to prevent the smaller tools and supplies from sliding down and under the dividers. If the dividers were full-depth it would give me more usable space and prevent tool loss into the bag. SUMMARY: This is now a permanently configured electrical service pouch. Everything I need except job-specific supplies fits here. PROS: Heavy duty, sufficient pocket assortment CONS: Main pocket dividers should be full depth.

I have been through about 5 pouches since being in the electrical trades. This the toughest Ive had so far. Nice size, not too big, but definitely not too small. Cliptech technology is pretty awesome. My co-workers have already ordered theirs so I'm glad I was the first to have it. I also bought the padded belt with the heavy duty buckle. Awesome on the back. Only gave it four stars because I am a firm believer that there is always room for growth. Kudos to Toughbuilt
