Upon opening up these ear muffs, you can tell that they are nicely made. The inside of each cup is lined with comfortable foam material, which also helps with sound suppression. Each cup is adjustable in height to best suite your needs. I wore these outside while doing yard work, and not only did they keep my ears safe, they also helped keep them a little bit warmer, no moreso than a hat or hooded jacket however.
Overall, although there are much better out there, you cannot go wrong with its quality for it's price.

These economical ear muffs are very good. They reduce noise by 26 dB. They have soft vinyl surrounds which form a great seal around your ears. The ear pieces are adjustable and actually stay where you need them to stay while using them. Another great feature is that the headband can be worn behind your head, and the earmuffs still stay in place and don't drop down off of your ears. My only complaint is that the plastic band, if worn on the top of your head, is not very comfortable after a very short time. But, they are basic ear muffs and don't have the features of the more expensive ear muffs.

These ear muffs save my ears when I’m cutting the grass or working with loud tools and compressors. They are pretty comfortable to wear and I think as I keep working with them I’ll get them even more comfortable. They are quite adjustable. The ear cups are comfortable and do a good job of blocking the sounds. I asked my husband how they looked on me but I couldn’t hear his answer – which is probably fortunate. The information with them says that they meet the ANSI S3.19 standards and have a noise reduction rating (NRR) of 26 Db. I really don’t know what any of the last sentence means but must be important so I’m including it in my review. All I know is that my ears aren’t ringing when I get off the riding lawn mower or finish blowing the driveway.

These muffs seal around my ears very well. The only downside with most muffs is that your skin sweats and the muffs get wet. But overall, a very good product for the price.
