Trimaco’s Protective Film for Hard Surfaces is a tough film that resists abrasion. Reverse wound for easy application, the film protects hard surfaces. Use on hard floors, counter tops, appliances, tubs, showers, tile, marble and other hard surfaces.
  • Up to 30 days of use on hard surfaces
  • No adhesive residue
  • Durable
  • Protects against damage from spills, dirt and foot traffic
  • Test overnight before applying to entire surface; inspect on a weekly basis
  • Do not apply to wet or damp surfaces or unfinished wood, natural marble or stone.
  • Not for use on hardwood floors
  • Blue in color

Trimaco offers a wide range of heavy duty surface protectors, but the amount of time that any surface protector will last depends on what type of work you will be doing. If you are looking for something that is leak resistant we recommend looking into Trimaco's Aqua Shield or SuperTuff. Both of these products are liquid resistant, reusable and are long lasting. If moisture and spills are not a concern, we recommend trying Trimaco's Heavy Duty builder's board, FloorShell. Please let us know if yo have any additional questions!

Does it work for lower parts of doors?

Hello SBerger. Thank you for your inquiry regarding Trimaco's Protective Film for Hard Surfaces. Are you looking to use this film on the floor and have the edges come up on the bottom of the door? Or just on the bottom of the door. It should be okay, since this film is for hard surfaces, but we do advise not to leave the film on your surface for more than 30 days.
