Great product to work with. The only problem I had with it is the high price I had to pay for each piece.

Overpriced junk.
Feels a lot like poly-iso (foam board) which termites burrow into and hide in. It'll be easy for them to eat your wood frame or sheathed home without detection.
Back side is waffle shaped, so weak points are built into design.
Corner pieces are designed wrong and require shims to stick out far enough to match these panels.
Waste of money.

easy, extremely fast, no masonry tools needed .
easy to work with, and looks good if you take the time to make your joints tight , which wont just happen automatically, but when the neighbor you've never even met comes over to introduce himself and compliment you on how impressed he is by the way it turned out, I consider that a success. My only complaint was the color is somewhat uniform and not random enough or without the lighter color/white highlights you'll see in real stone so it may appear that it is not real , but the texture is very convincing and with a little creativity you can easily add those if desired. I just used regular spray paint instead of the touch up kit and you can easily hide screws , and it was light enough to go onto brick with "quad" sealant as my adhesive. Just one Saturday , everything in the photo...done. I bought a saw blade but actually used a utility knife for most cuts

wild color variations
Purchased the first set of these and was pleasantly surprised by the look. unfortunately I did not order enough and had to reorder a few additional panels and the variation in color makes them unusable. Since this is a house under contract and I don't have time to wait for delivery I will be eating the expense of the project and have to redo it the project with a different material.

Color is off
Color seems to fall more gray. I expected tan, but it seems to appear more in the gray family.
