I owned the last version of this tool for 15 years and LOVED IT. However, this tool has been poorly redesigned. The sleeve holds on to bits (and the drill itself) with a small ball bearing on both ends held in by a small metal band. On the first use, the small metal bands loosened, spun down the tool, and the ball bearings flew out. This rendered the tool useless (cuz it won't hold on to bits any longer). Because my last tool was so great, I was quite aggravated with thoughts of "engineered cost cutting".
However, the company customer service is impressive. One call and they are sending me a replacement tool. The engineer also called me (although he said "it's the first time he's ever heard of this issue").
When I get my new one, I'm going to wrap some electrical tape around the bands to hold them in place and cross my fingers.

Helpful in some situations
The Tapcon Install Kit seems like a great idea. I install Tapcon anchors on regular occasions. For someone like me, it’s a good idea. For high users of anchors, stick with the 2-tool method; its faster and easier. And for those that rarely install anchors, skip this tool for now.
But back to me. I was looking for a way to simplify my anchor installs AND get better results. The over-torqueing and snapping of heads; YES, this will help a lot, but only if you are installing the hex screws; for Philips screws, it does little help.
You also have to use an allen wrench (hex wrench) to install the drill bit. Tool-less would be better. Now if they included (2) of the Drill Bit Adapters, that would be great as I can have 2 bits installed at the same time.
Instructions for rotary hammers don’t make sense. I am not sure this kit would give you much advantage for a rotary hammer. But for hammer drills and impact drivers, yes, a huge advantage.
The hex drivers are magnetic, so the screws are held in the bit. Be sure to buy 2 drill bits as the kit does not include any drill bits and it’s best to have a spare.
Here’s a tip: Cut out the instructions from the back of the package and include it in your carry pouch. The pouch is great; it keeps all the pieces together.

Makes drilling Tapcons easy
The Tapcon pro installation kit makes repetitive drillings and installation of Tapcon anchors easy. Select the correct size Tapcon drill for anchor to be used and insert into the drill adapter, tighten the set screw with the hex key provided. Insert the drill adapter into a hammer drill or impact driver. Drill hole ¼” deeper than depth of the anchor embedment. Slide sleeve over drill bit and snap into drill adapter. Insert either hex drive or Phillips head bit (depending on anchor being used) into the end of the sleeve, position fixture to be fastened and drive Tapcon anchor into predrilled hole. Tool automatically disengages when a hex head anchor is set.

Very handy accessory
This Pro Installation Kit comes with all the adapters I need to do any of the projects I may encounter when required in concrete, tile or concrete backer board. Whats best about this kit is it's ability to give a more precision grip of the Tapcon screw and how it reduces the overtorqing and head snapping which can easily occur under normal use of a powered drill or driver when installing in concrete. The added pouch is a nice extra to keep all these accessories together.

This is worth the money, especially if you use it...
This is worth the money, especially if you use it on the job. No need to keep changing bits back and forth. You just drill the pilot hole and slip the driver right over the drill bit. Only 1 drill needed. I use a DeWalt 20v combo drill which has: hammer drill , drill & screw gun settings. The hammer drill makes drilling the pilot holes very easy.
