I had same issue for two tiny puppies. I used tie wraps from post to post and it secured it tight enough they could not push under it.

I suspect over time and with attempts by predators, this may start to fall under the water. I would think if you can buoy it with stakes or some form of floatable devices it would work though. That is my thoughts on the matter. This is a good question.

This product will only keep chickens in. It WILL NOT keep predators out! Hardware cloth with openings smaller than a raccoon's paw is the best way I know to protect your flock. I'm sure this product has many valuable applications but it should be renamed. It makes me sad to think of unsuspecting chicken owners who trust this product's labeling and use it for chicken housing. They will awaken some morning to find that their flock has been digested.
Hi, we can not guarantee that Poultry Fence would work for this application. While it has many different uses, this one has not been tried or tested. The mesh openings are right at 3/4" x 3/4".
