Product Details

Forever Damper Caps are custom made and designed to fit over either a Lyemance or Lock Top sealing damper. Stainless Steel 24-Gauge hood and base with built in screening. Superior animal proof 3/4 inch oval hole mesh prevents creosote buildup. Please note: this is the only type of chimney cap that will fit over a top sealing. Regular stock size chimney caps will not fit this type of damper. Also, the stainless steel hood must be removed from the lock top damper, for the cap to fit over a lock top damper.

It was a good fit, looked great but it was...
It was a good fit, looked great but it was not deep enough as the old one was, so i was worried it might not hold to the strong winds, we had lately. that's the reason for 4 stars

    I made the mistake of purchasing a chimney cap 10 yrs. ago for price.....you get what you pay for . The Forever Cap is well built and I am convinced I will not have to climb on my steep roof again. Just as in plumbing....never go cheep, buy quality, it will reward you over the years.
