Does not fit standard 4” duct
The vent duct size is 3-7/8”, not 4”, so the crimped end of a standard 4” duct does not fit inside. The brief 1 page online manufacturer instructions do not specify how to deal with this.
The quality of the material and fabrication is stellar. But, it doesn’t fit! The package came with NO printed instructions.

We had ordered this product previously. The first two vents received were great; the finish was consistent and unblemished. The recent vents received ( three now) all have the same circular burnish marks around the perimeter of the face of the vent. The marks are too deep to be buffed out. Each was returned as unacceptable.
