They are not 16x12x12 anymore

They are not 16x12x12 anymore, they are 17x11x11 and have built in handles, customer service replaced them for me as the saw it said 16x12x12. The new shipment came and again 17x11x11. The one star is for the product but I give HD Customer Service Rep a 5 Star.
