I don’t see this as a plant caddie. I am a balloon artist and this makes moving my balloons around much easier when going from table to table or group to group.For when I don’t feel like carrying it all of the time. It rolls great because there are 5 wheels. Moves easily and you can lock it in place, but I haven’t had to do that.
