        The instructions weren't helpful at all, their were no photos and the parts in questions were allegedly "preassembled". Nothing was "preassembled" as shown in photos and described in instructions. Quality seemed decent, it's just some strap steel and some specialty connectors. When I need one again, I'll probably look for some appropriately sized strapping steel, lag bolts, and washers.
